Puppy Questionnaire

If you're interested in a puppy from one of our upcoming litters, a currently available litter or an adult that we may have available please fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of this page. We like to know a little bit about you so that we can ensure our dogs go to good homes and so we can help you choose a dog with the temperament that fits your lifestyle and needs.

As of 2021 our puppies are $3500 (we offer discounts for previous puppy families as well as military/Police/Firefighter). We require a $1000 deposit to reserve a puppy (which goes towards the total price of the puppy). The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different/later litter if needed. Once we let you know that we have a deposit spot available for you we recommend sending in a deposit as soon as you can to reserve your spot as the majority of our litters are usually spoken for before they are even born.
